Healthy Baked Macaroni and Cheese Recipe
- 1 packet of Macaroni and Cheese Thermo-Snacks®
- 1/2 C. of broccoli (optional)
- 1/2 C. of cauliflower (optional)
- 3 rounds of Melba® Toast, crumbled
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare Macaroni and Cheese Thermo-Snacks according to package directions. Combine Thermo-Snacks mixture with broccoli and cauliflower in an oven safe dish. Top with crumbled Melba Toast and bake in oven for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
For a southwestern take on baked macaroni, add green chilies, jalapeños and Mrs. Dash® Southwest Chipotle Seasoning.
