Our Weight Loss Expert, Ashley, shared this delicious and healthy cupcake recipe that is about to become your favorite weight-loss worthy treat! These little cakes only take a couple of minutes to bake and makes a great little treat for celebrations.

Ingredients

1 Packet of Old Fashioned Stack Pancake Mix Thermo-Snacks®
1/4 cup of water
4 ounces of Plain Greek or Low fat Yogurt
Pinch of cinnamon
2 packets of zero calorie sweetener
Fruit for topping, like peaches or berries (optional)
Directions
Pour Old Fashioned Stack Pancake Mix Thermo-Snacks® into a LARGE coffee mug.
Add a pinch of cinnamon and 1 packet of sweetener.
Add 1/4 Cup of water and mix until smooth.
Place bowl in the microwave and heat for 1 minute.
Either keep the cup-cake in the mug or pop it out for full cupcake look.
In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt, a sprinkle in cinnamon and the second packet of sweetener.
Top your cupcake with yogurt mixture and fruit for even more flavor!
