About My Order
Who do I contact if I’m having technical difficulties or if there is something wrong with my shipment?

How do I track my order?
Great question! Simply log into your account to review your order or see your shipping confirmation email. There you will find the tracking number associated with your order which you can use to determine where your package is.
When will I receive my order?
Update: Major shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS and DHL are reporting high demand and increased shipping times during the pandemic. Please allow for an additional 1-4 days on the delivery of your package. Thank you for your understanding at this time.
Except in the case of immediately downloadable products, orders typically arrive at your door within 3-5 days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email. Please note that orders placed on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday.
Why is my order on hold?
As part of our commitment to fraud protection, some orders may be placed on hold for manual verification. Reasons for an order being placed on hold can include: differing shipping and billing addresses, incorrect billing information, recent name change on the card holder’s account, and more. In the event of a hold, we will manually verify your information which takes approximately two hours.
I purchased a Weight Loss Program but haven’t received my password or confirmation email.
These emails can sometimes get blocked or put into the Spam folder by your email provider. If it is not in your Spam folder, you can also access your password on the My Account page.
Discounts, Shipping, & Loyalty Program
Can I use my Slimfinity, Diamond or Onyx SlimCard discount online?
Yes! If you have activated your online account, simply LOGIN to your SlimGenics account and you will see your SlimCard discounts reflected on our prices. See additional details below regarding the use of your SlimCard membership.
If you have not activated your online account, please call 855-292-4400 now to make sure your discount level is verified with your current information so you can start saving today. Once activated, each time you LOGIN to your account you will automatically receive your discount level on products purchased at the full product price. SlimCard discounts are not applicable towards the purchase of any Weight Loss Kits or Support Service. Please review the details within each Sale Offer Email to determine if your SlimCard discount is applicable. Not all Sale Offers will allow for the additional SlimCard discount. You must be logged into your Slimgenics account using the email address attached to your SlimCard membership. With your SlimCard membership, you will also receive Free Shipping on any order of $59 and above. (Free Shipping applies to the purchase total after applied discounts.)

FREE shipping is available on all orders with a Subtotal of $169 and above, after any discounts, before any applicable Taxes.
What are Loyalty Points?
With SlimGenics Rewards, our free online loyalty program, you earn points with every online purchase. With every $25 dollars spent in the SlimGenics Online Store, you earn one Loyalty point, which is equal to $1.00 to use when shopping on www.SlimGenicsDirect.com Redeeming your points is easy! Simply redeem your Loyalty Points at checkout. You will have the option of applying points as one of your payment methods. SlimGenics reserves the right to change the Loyalty Points Program at any time without notice. Accounts that are inactive for 180 days may lose access to accrued Loyalty Points.
Where do I find out how many Loyalty Points I have?
To see how many Loyalty Points you have available, simply log into your account and within the Account Details area, you will see a blue button labeled "Loyalty Points Balance". Click the button and a pop-up window will appear to show you the current balance of Loyalty Points on your account.
How do I apply my Loyalty Points to my order?
To easily apply Loyalty Points to your order, start by logging into your Slimgenics Direct account. Once you have added the desired items to your CART, click the CHECKOUT button, enter your Loyalty Points code in the GIFT CARD OR DISCOUNT CODE box and then click the APPLY button. You will see your Loyalty Points discounts applied as well as any SlimCard and/or SlimClub discounts also associated with your online account.

How fast can I expect to lose weight?
This is different for everyone, but healthy people who follow SlimGenics’ programs can expect to lose, on average, 1 to 2 pounds per week but many have achieved even faster results. The rate at which you lose weight depends on your age, gender, health history, starting weight and activity level. It is important to note that some medical conditions and medications can slow down weight loss.
Are you a vegetarian? Gluten-free? Nursing mother? Kosher? Had bariatric surgery?
That’s ok! Our programs are flexible and easily adaptable to meet your needs. Our Weight Loss Coaches or your physician can assist you with any needed modifications.

Are the food plans restrictive?
Not at all! SlimGenics programs are based on the principles of balanced nutrition. You will eat food from all of the food groups and never feel deprived. We will help you understand what, when and how much to eat to lose your weight easier and faster than trying to do it on your own.

Are there resources available to help youth with healthy weight loss?
The SlimGenics Program is a wonderful option for youth clients who want to reach a healthy weight as well as learn the essential and oftentimes fun skills to make informed health decisions for the rest of their lives. Is exercise a part of the SlimGenics® Program?
Yes and no. While activity is encouraged as part of a healthy lifestyle, you will lose weight on the SlimGenics Program with or without exercise. You may find that after you begin to lose weight you will have more energy to want to begin an exercise regimen or just be more active. We encourage this, as long as you consult with doctor first.
Can I do the program if I have dietary restrictions or ongoing health conditions?
That’s ok! Our programs are flexible and easily adaptable to meet your needs. Our Weight Loss Coaches or your physician can assist you with any needed modifications. We often work with clients who are vegetarian, gluten-free, kosher-only and even clients who have just had bariatric surgery. No matter the challenge, our Weight Loss Coaches are here to help you lose weight successfully.
Can I enroll if I have had bariatric surgery?
Yes. Our Slim Support Team can work with your health level to tailor our nutritious food plan, support and advice post-surgery, as well as recommend nutritional supplements to help you with a healthy recovery and long-term weight control.
Can I participate in the SlimGenics® Program if I have a medical condition?
Yes. Your health and well-being are our primary concern, so our team of expert Weight Loss Coaches will work directly with you to tailor your program to your specific health needs when you utilize our Weight Loss Support resources. Every day, we work with people who have:

What will I eat while I’m doing the SlimGenics® Weight Loss Program?

How do I know I'll be successful on this program?
