S’mores Ice Cream
Oh summer… with the warmer weather, outdoor activities, and BBQs with family and friends, it’s a definite contender for “Best Season!” However, along with this warmer weather we also have those frozen little treats that make cravings that much more difficult to overcome.

6 oz. fat-free Greek yogurt
1 packet Splenda®
1 Dark Chocolate S’mores Bar Thermo-Snacks
Cut Dark Chocolate S’mores Bar into four pieces and add to a small food processor.
Process to a fine texture.
Meanwhile, mix Greek yogurt and Splenda in a medium bowl.
Once the Thermo-Snack is at the proper texture, combine with yogurt.
Stir the two contents until completely mixed.
Place mixture in freezer for 30 minutes.
Can also be made into S’mores Pops by pouring mixture into popsicle molds and freezing for two hours.
