Thanksgiving is a delicious meal, but cooking up an entire Thanksgiving feast for a small group of friends and family can feel overwhelming and a little unnecessary.
Instead of roasting an entire turkey, and having enough leftovers to feed the entire neighborhood, try keeping it simple this holiday season with this recipe that is perfectly portioned for a Thanksgiving dinner for two!
Thanksgiving Turkey for Two Recipe:
- 2 Ak-mak® crackers, crushed
- 2 teapsoons parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon Morton® Lite Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 packages Creamy Chicken Soup Thermo-Snacks®, prepared
- 8 ounces water
- 10 ounce skinless turkey breast
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix crushed Ak-mak® crackers with seasonings and set aside. Prepare Creamy Chicken Soup Thermo-Snacks® with water and set aside.
Roll turkey breast in prepared soup to moisten and then roll in cracker mixture to coat.
Bake in small baking dish for 30 minutes. Baste with remaining soup. Turn and bake another 30 minutes.
