SlimGenics is a small business with limited resources and like many other small businesses in the country, we are experiencing our own challenges. At this time, we are unable to see and enroll clients in person, some of our suppliers have not been able to deliver products and we have inventory on our shelves that is better-served in the hands of our clients. While we are facing many of the same challenges as other multi-location businesses, we are doing the absolute best we can. We appreciate your continued support and understanding during this time.
We just want to let you know, our friendly Program Advisors are still here to support you! We are happy to assist you with any nutritional and program-specific questions you may have or if you are experiencing any challenges with staying on-track and losing weight while staying at home.
Continued SlimGenics Program Support is simply a phone call away! Our Slim Support Center is staffed with Program Advisors, Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm (MST) at 855-292-4400 to receive your calls, e-mail answers to your questions, discuss your specific program concerns and assist you with any product purchases. Clients may also purchase products directly for home delivery from your center location. Please do not hesitate to call or email us for assistance with your program. We are committed to your success and are “virtually” here for you so we all stay safe and healthy!
