One person wants a burger, the next wants a hot dog, and your neighbor just showed up with a vegetarian. Even if the invitation to your summer BBQ clearly stated BYOM (bring your own meat), wouldn’t it be nice to have a universal bbq option that everyone will love?
Enter: Shrimp and Steak Kabobs!
Kabobs are a perfect alternative for summer barbeques as guests can personalize their options, and can eat them relatively easily! Always opt for lean meats, removing all fats prior to cooking, and all skin prior to serving, and load your kabobs with fresh veggies for a colorful and crisp entree or side.
We love these Shrimp and Steak Kabobs as they’re a fun alternative to your basic burger, and offer more veggies than the typical BBQ meal.
