Protein Mexican Hot Chocolate Recipe
- 1 packet Hot Cocoa Thermo-Snacks
- Cinnamon to taste
- Pinch of chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons zero-calorie sweetener
Mix Greek yogurt with sweetener until desired sweetness is achieved. Set aside. Prepare hot chocolate as directed on package. Add cinnamon and chili powder, then stir in vanilla extract. Top with sweetened Greek yogurt and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.
