Ingredients

    Bar-B-Que Sauce
  • This zesty, tangy take on BBQ sauce is like nothing you’ve ever tasted. The lemon gives it a kick, while the green onions add a sweet zing to the sauce.
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 5 small green onions, diced
  • 1 packet sweetener
  • 1/8 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • juice from ½ lemon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon peel, grated
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
    Hot Sauce
  • If you’re like me, you carry hot sauce with you just about everywhere. Kick it up a notch with this healthy version.
  • 1 ounce dried chili jalapenos
  • 6 ounces apple cider vinegar
  • juice from ½ fresh lemon
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seed
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
  • dash of cumin seeds
    Cocktail Sauce for Shrimp

  • 1 medium tomato, peeled and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish sauce
  • dash of Morton® Lite Salt
    Meat Marinade
  • Make your meat even more juicy and delicious with this awesome meat marinade recipe.
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 5 small green onions, minced
  • 2 packets stevia

Instructions

    Bar-B-Que Sauce
  1. Puree tomato in blender.
  2. Combine tomato and water in a medium saucepan.
  3. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Add all ingredients except lemon juice, peel and vinegar and simmer for an additional 20 minutes.
  5. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  6. Pour sauce in blender again.
  7. Puree until smooth.
  8. Pour into an airtight container to store.
  9. Refrigerate until cool.
    Hot Sauce
  1. Remove any stems from chilies.
  2. Place all ingredients (except cilantro leaves) in a blender.
  3. Mix thoroughly and transfer to refrigerator.
  4. Let marinate overnight.
  5. In the morning add cilantro and bend on high for several minutes until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  6. Place in jar or shaker.
  7. Refrigerate.
  8. Makes 8 ounces.
    Cocktail Sauce for Shrimp
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Spread over shrimp to enhance flavor.
    Meat Marinade
  1. Heat marinade mixture, pour over meat.
  2. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
  3. Drain meat before preparing.
  4. Great for grilling!
