We love this Apple Cabbage Slaw as a colorful and chilled recipe to serve during the warmer summer months. Try using this recipe instead of your typical coleslaw, or make a big batch to keep on hand as a healthy snack or lunchtime side.

- 2 green onions
- 1/2 cups savoy cabbage
- 1/2 cups red cabbage
- 2 tablespoons organic apple cider vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 ounces plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon Stevia
