This very-berry strawberry smoothie is a tasty option for a snack or breakfast.

1 package Strawberry Delight Shake and Pudding Thermo-Snacks
2 large ice cubes
3-4 frozen strawberries
½ cup almond, rice, 1% or 2% milk
½ cup water

Blend all ingredients until smooth. You may add extra water if smoothie is too thick.

Green Dream Smoothie

This vitamin-packed shake is delicious and the added spinach gives this smoothie so many nutrients without compromising the creamy taste!

1 package Vanilla Delight Shake and Pudding Thermo-Snacks
1 cup fresh baby spinach
½ cup unsweetened almond or rice milk
½ cup water
4 ice cubes

Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy as a delicious nutrient-packed breakfast or snack.

1 cup coffee
