RECIPE OF THE WEEK
1/2 protein – 1 starch – 1 vegetable – 1 Thermo-Snack
- 1 green onion diced
- 1 grated zucchini
- 1 egg or 2 oz egg beater
- 1 package of Thermo-Snack Pretzel Twists crushed to crumbs
- Pinch of Morton® Lite Salt (MLS), pepper and garlic
Mix vegetables, egg, Pretzel Twist crumbs and spices in a bowl. Form 2 pancakes. Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray. Cook pancakes until browned. Serve and enjoy!
