Featured Recipe: Apple Cinnamon Pancakes featuring Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Thermo-Snacks®
1 protein – 1 fruit – 1 fat – 1 Thermo–Snack
- 1 packet Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Thermo-Snacks
- 1/2 packet Splenda® Brown Sugar
- 1 oz. skim milk
- 2 eggs
- Cinnamon to taste
- 1 small apple, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. diet margarine
Mix Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Thermo-Snacks, milk, eggs and cinnamon together. Spray pan with zero-calorie cooking spray and pour mixture in to cook pancakes. Mix together remaining ingredients and microwave for 3 minutes. Pour over pancakes.
