How do I sign up?

It’s easy. Once you have created a SlimGenics Online Account**, you are automatically enrolled in the free SlimGenics Rewards program. Please be sure to login when making purchases so that all of your points can be tracked and you can be on the way to earning SlimGenics Reward points.

How do I redeem SlimGenics Rewards?

Redeeming your points is easy. Simply redeem your SlimGenics Rewards during checkout. If you have accumulated the minimum of 200 points, you may apply them towards a purchase. You will have the option of using points as one of your payment methods.

How do I check my SlimGenics Reward balance?

Once you have created your SlimGenics Online Account, purchase SlimGenics products. Click on the "SlimGenics Rewards" button on the "My Account" page. Here, you will find your current balance and how much credit you are eligible to receive on future purchases.

The option to use SlimGenics Rewards points, as well as your points balance and the monetary equivalent of this balance, will be shown in the Payment Method area during checkout. You may use SlimGenics Reward points in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit cards.

SlimGenics Reward points are valid only in the SlimGenics ONLINE Shop and are not valid in our Weight Control Centers. To save money and gain access to valuable coupons and offers in our Weight Control Centers, we recommend purchasing a SlimCard in one of the four levels offered—Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Slimfinity. Please ask your Center about the SlimCard Program.

SlimGenics Rewards Points Expiration

Reward Points expire 60 days after the last date earned. Each time new reward points are earned, all points are extended for another 60 days.
